Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

How to Report a Faulty or Incorrect Item:

  1. Email us at parts@primeperformanceparts.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Refunds or Replacements:

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at parts@primeperformanceparts.com.au. After this period, your order may have been processed or shipped and cancellation might not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
